Company Profile

Syndicated Metals Limited ("Syndicated", "the Company") listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in December 2007 with the ASX Code "SMD".

Syndicated has a clear strategy to build a substantial long-term base metals and gold business based on its over 4,000 km2 tenement holdings in the Mount Isa region in Northwest Queensland, one of the world's premier base metal mining provinces.

The Company is focused on two key projects - the Barbara copper-gold deposit within its Mount Remarkable project area and the Kalman molybdenum-rhenium-copper-gold deposit. Together these two projects currently have a combined resource inventory of in excess of 269,000 tonnes copper, 30,000 tonnes molybdenum, 2.3 million ounces rhenium and 315,000 ounces gold. In addition, Syndicated also controls a suite of surrounding exploration tenements containing a pipeline of advanced and early stage targets with the potential to complement its existing resource base.

Syndicated's cornerstone investor is Korea Zinc Company Limited, one of the world's largest zinc producers, which holds, through its Australian subsidiaries a 13% interest in the Company.
